I had the chance to work with Mohamad Charafeddine on several large scale healthcare related projects in KSA. Mohamad always showed dedication and commitment to his duties as a project manager, especially in the challenging aspects of leading a number of multidisciplinary developmental teams located in various firms and countries. His management style was friendly and diligent and when required, consensus based. He developed a sense of cooperation among teams members and was able focus on the big picture without loss of the details. It was a pleasant experience working with RuraLiving Studio and it's founder Mohamad. As we embarked on our adventure, putting a master plan and construction documents together and build our 5000 SF contemporary villa, and later on our Urben condominium.
